Welcome back to the third video on KLM Builders' whole house remodel. In this third video they finish the basement. The basement was a blank canvas, but they had to cut the cement floor and install plumbing for the bar area and the home's fourth bathroom. The walk-out basement features a family room, custom bar, game area, exercise room and bathroom. It also features a unique and beautiful flooring great for basements. Watch the video for details.
